In 2016, Richland Country Club in Nashville, TN started to consider how they could adapt and change to meet the needs of modern millennial’s, families, and their thriving & active membership. Beginning in 2017, Chapman Coyle Chapman Architecture & Planning lead a multi-million dollar renovation, which included a transforming the interior layout of the existing Clubhouse, a new swim and fitness center, and a renovation to their indoor tennis center. The design concept was to bring modern style to Southeastern traditions; in doing so, filling spaces with light, and opening up rooms to a variety of functions.

The first phase delivered a new state of the art Fitness Center, new Resort style swimming pool, a renovated Tennis Center, upgrades to the Clubhouse interior rooms, ballrooms, and dining rooms.
In the spring of 2019, Richland Country Club released phase two which included an expanded adult dining room, Ladies locker rooms, Golf shop, Child care area, new golf simulator room, and men’s grill updates.
