We are currently seeking qualified candidates to grow in a project coordinator role working with both our Club and Academic Studios.

What you can expect to do:
  • Produce design development and construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit from conceptual drawings with a high level of accuracy.
  • Coordinate drawings with engineers and other external consultants.
  • Assist with the production of specifications and project manual.
  • Implement the directions of the Principal in charge regarding all matters relating to the architectural design, implementation, and development of a project.

Qualified Candidates will have:
  • Bachelor Degree from an Accredited School, program, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit version 2020 or later; SketchUp a plus
  • Knowledge of commercial building codes, architectural standards, and construction materials, methods, and systems a plus
  • Construction administration experience a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the design team
  • Be self-motivated, organized, efficient, and detail oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

PROJECT COORDINATOR

We are currently accepting professional credentials from qualified candidates for a Project Architect role in our Club and Academic Studios. A candidate for this position may have project experience in academic architecture for private primary and secondary markets or a background in hospitality projects.

What you can expect to do:
  • Produce design development and construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit from conceptual drawings.
  • Assist in conceptual and schematic design, and manage production with a high level of technical accuracy.
  • Manage engineers and other external consultants.
  • Manage the building permit process with municipalities.
  • Coordinate with general contractors and be responsible for construction administration tasks.
  • Implement the directions of the Principal in charge regarding all matters relating to the architectural design, implementation, development, and execution of a project.
  • Experience long-term growth opportunities and professional development

Qualified Candidates will have:
  • Professional registration as a licensed architect in the state of Georgia or in actively pursuing licensure
  • NCARB Certified or actively pursuing certification
  • Minimum 10 years experience in the practice of architecture
  • Project experience in hospitality or academic architecture; private schools a plus
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit version 2020 or later
  • Knowledge of architectural standards and practices, and construction materials and methods
  • Construction administration experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and the design team
  • Be self-motivated, organized, efficient, and detail oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite; Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator a plus
